At Screaming Freedom, we stand by the quality of our apparel, but if your gear doesn't fit your spirit, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process and securely tape it to your package.
Drop Off Package
Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
